The career center ensures that cadets, young officers, senior level seafarers, women officers and ratings with excellent track record find the job that best fits their profile and needs. We offer excellent career and training opportunities to all candidates, and our seafarers depend on us for professional and personal support.

Crewseas has an open-door policy and encourages crew of all vessel categories to register with the Career Center for regular feedback on opportunities and thought leadership. We evaluate all applications and assist applicants in obtaining the necessary skills and certification for new openings. All officers are assisted with obtaining IMO certificates, valid GDMSS certificates for deck hands and achieve full compliance with all STCW 2010 and ISM Code requirements.
